Error returned by Backend request handlers.

No handler currently fails at the protocol level, so this type is uninhabited. It exists so handlers can return a transport-agnostic Result that front-ends map onto their own error type (e.g. tower_lsp::jsonrpc::Error) without swls-core depending on any transport crate.
